Carrier Partners

Freight Worth Hauling.
A Broker Worth
Working With.

Freightology is a relationship-focused freight brokerage building a trusted carrier network across equipment types and freight environments. Our deepest operational density runs Midwest to Northeast — but our broader network exists to support specialized freight needs and help customers build reliable long-term capacity across expedited, project freight, reefer, final mile, and appointment-sensitive shipments. If you communicate well, execute consistently, and want a broker worth working with long-term — this is for you.

Why Freightology

Not Every Broker
Is Worth Working With.

Carriers deal with bad brokers constantly — poor communication, last-minute changes, and no regard for the relationship. Here is what working with Freightology actually looks like.

01
Consistent Lane Freight
We don’t just call when we’re desperate. Carriers who work with us regularly get consistent freight in the corridors they run — not one-off load board scraps. If you run Midwest to Northeast, we want to build a real working relationship.
02
Communication That Goes Both Ways
We communicate proactively with you throughout the load — appointment details upfront, updates when things change, and a direct ops team you can actually reach. You will not be left waiting for confirmation or chasing someone for basic information.
03
Professional Coordination
Load details are clear before dispatch. Appointments are confirmed before you roll. The freight we specialize in — retail installations, project cargo, appointment-sensitive shipments — requires real coordination, and we bring that same standard to every carrier interaction.
04
Relationship-Based Selection
We build preferred networks, not carrier lists. Carriers who communicate well and execute consistently don’t just get repeat loads — they become priority contacts as our volume grows. The more we understand your operation, your lanes, and your equipment, the better we can build freight around it. That’s the kind of relationship that benefits both sides long-term.
How We Think About Carrier Relationships

The stronger our carrier network, the better we serve our customers. That’s the whole philosophy.

Freightology does not treat carriers as interchangeable capacity. We are actively building a network of trusted relationships across equipment types, lanes, and freight environments — because that network is what allows us to make and keep commitments to the customers who depend on us.

A carrier who communicates well, runs their lanes consistently, and takes the work seriously is worth far more to us than a random load board option. We remember who showed up. We call them first. And as our volume grows, the carriers who helped us build it grow with us.

Strong carrier relationships also allow us to react faster during surges, recoveries, service failures, and time-sensitive situations — the moments when our customers need execution the most and a load board is not a reliable answer.

Equipment & Freight

What We Move.
How We Move It.

Freightology works with carriers across all equipment types. Our customers move retail fixtures, trade show freight, grocery and food service, medical equipment, project cargo, and time-critical shipments — and our carrier network needs to reflect that diversity. Below is the equipment we actively use and what each type typically supports.

Primary
Dry Van
53′ preferred. Palletized freight, retail, project cargo, and general truckload.
Active
Reefer
Grocery, food service, pharma. MABD-compliant carriers strongly preferred.
Active
Sprinter Van
Expedited, time-critical, and final mile. Must cover multi-region dispatch.
Active
Straight Truck
Project freight including solar panel installations, equipment deliveries, and coordination-heavy final mile.
Active
Box Truck
Retail fixtures, marketing installations, trade show, and event freight.
Active
Team Drivers
Time-definite expedited and recovery freight requiring extended coverage.

We are always building relationships with carriers who communicate clearly and execute consistently — across dry van, reefer, expedited, drayage, and project freight environments. If you take the work seriously, we want to hear from you.

Standards & Commitments

What We Expect.
What You Can Expect.

A good carrier relationship works both ways. Here are the standards we hold carriers to — and the commitments we hold ourselves to in return.

What We Require From Carriers
  • Active MC and DOT authority in good standing
  • Compliance screening through Highway — required before first dispatch
  • Minimum safety rating standards and clean operating history
  • MacroPoint tracking compliance on all active loads
  • Proactive communication throughout the load — pickup confirmation, check calls, delivery updates
  • Appointment window compliance — the freight we move has hard delivery requirements
  • Direct point of contact for the operations team throughout transit
What Carriers Can Expect From Us
  • Clear load details — origin, destination, appointment times, commodity, and weight — before dispatch
  • Appointment confirmations provided in advance, not the morning of pickup
  • A direct operations team contact for questions, changes, and exceptions
  • Honest communication when details change — you hear from us first
  • On-time payment per agreed terms
  • Respect for your time and your operation — we do not dispatch and disappear
  • Consistent freight for carriers who perform and communicate well
